Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Rosemont, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Rosemont, CA licensing for commercial roofing work.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Rosemont commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
A technician inspects the membrane system, checking seams, drains, and any ponding areas.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
Ponding water on our building had been an issue for years until they actually fixed the drainage instead of just patching around it.
